Hello and welcome to our blog! |
It's never too late to photograph your sweet newborn. Mom called me last minute to get some itty, bitty shots of Ronan at 4 weeks old. He was such a good subject for me :)
Graycen and I met 2 years old at a photography workshop her parents and I attended together. She was just beginning to find the words to describe her favorite Disney characters. Fast forward 2 years, her personality and love for all things princess hasn't changed one bit. If anything, she's a little bit more articulate now, particularly when she hosts her own tea parties and twirls around in pretty dresses.
"Huh?" I said to Garrett Nudd.
"They'll probably be better in black & white," he replied...
He was right.
I just finished processing a batch of images I took of Miss Graycen and her AMAZING family in Chatanooga. I'll have more to share of Graycen later this week but wanted to share a couple favorite black & whites in the green room. Garrett was right. They do look better in black and white.
This weekend, Kyu and I headed to west Georgia for an overnight car camping trip. The smell of fresh air, good times with close friends, and time away from the businesses was just what the two of us needed (rain & all).
Children are angels, no question about that. But, every once in a while (in between shots & when "Alice is not looking") their true spirit shines. I just love it when this happens... How priceless are these?
The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new. ~Rajneesh
Happy Mother's Day!
Just a typical day in the life of a toddler. Oh, what I would give to be 15 months old again...
I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful Manhattan couple at the Mansion this weekend. Carolina & Brad are expecting a baby girl this July and flew down to Atlanta so that I could document this very special time in their lives. They were both just glowing...
Just wanted to share a favorite from one of my sessions this morning. I have a lot to update to the blog, so stay tuned :)
