I am a firm believer that all little girls should be photographed in pink, twirling around like ballerinas in ponytails.

Joy is.

...not caring if you have dirt on your new oxford shirt, jumping up and down 27 times to catch fish in the pond, and laughing with utter delight because you're 2 years old and everything around you is worth laughing about.

And they say you can't learn much from a 2 year old....

What a week!

Last week was quite possibly the longest week of my life. Kyu and I worked into the wee hours of the night, every night, on our latest NAPCP endeavor - the new Parent's Blog. I will post a more formal update on the enhancements once we fix all of the bugs in the site (just *love* making big changes). It's all coming together beautifully. Makes the late nights and long days very worth it in the end...

On another note, I was incredibly busy shooting last week too. One of my favorite sessions was of Gabriella, Alexander and Nathaniel. We'll be putting together a folios book for each of them over the course of the year. I'm already laying out my ideas for each of them... Such different personalities they each have.

Lily, 7 months old

I think it goes without saying how much I adore these children and this family. I will be documenting these kiddos until they each get married, I'm certain!

And Lily... doesn't she just melt your heart?!

Baby Brother on the Way

And when he arrives, everything in Lily's world will change...

I'm so glad I had the chance to spend time with Lily before her baby brother arrives this summer. At 3, she was able to express to me just how excited she was to be a big sister and all of the fun things they would do together. Such a sweet sister she will be!

And the beautiful family.... Can't wait to meet Lily's baby brother soon!
