Naomi

Naomi is one of four children - Caleb, Eli, Naomi and Hannah. Don't you just love those names? She is #3 of 4, which is often times difficult because she's third in line for many things in life...

So, during my last session with this wonderful family, I focused on taking several photos of this beautiful, little girl. This sister most definitely shines in this family, my help or not. She's does an incredible job keeping up with her brothers, while helping mom raise #4. Sounds exactly like me growing up...

Out for a bit.

Just a quick note that I am out of the office today (Monday, 9/21) attending WPPI's Road Trip Atlanta. I attend the national WPPI (Wedding Portrait Photographers International) convention every year in Las Vegas. It will be neat to see the tradeshow at a more intimate level & meet the speakers there...

When friends begin to have kids....

...my mom begins to question why I haven't started yet! Oy.

Elizabeth and I have known each other forever....since planning to be tennis partners in middle school or something crazy like that. Davis is one of the happiest and sweetest babies I've had the privilege of photographing... Even right before bedtime, he was all smiles. My friends are so blessed.

Wonder which one of us will have one next? Probably Elizabeth with #2...

Happy Labor Day

Traditionally, Labor Day is celebrated by most Americans as the symbolic end of the summer. For me, it means I need to get my act in high gear to prepare for Fall!

Hope everyone had a safe and restful holiday weekend.... and did something fun like Andrew and his family, who traveled all the way to see me! (well, they live in Atlanta, so technically they didn't go very far. But still.)
